- What if I Have A Problem With My Order?
Lost or Damaged Products. If you receive any product that is damaged, please notify Mellon Commercial Pte Ltd. Once we receive the damaged product, we'll deliver you a replacement. Please note that Mellon Commercial Pte Ltd will not replace products ordered in error or damaged due to misuse or improper usage.
Late Delivery. If your product does not arrive in seven business days, please Contact Us for assistance locating your order.
- What Are My Payment Options?
At this moment, the payment terms are C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery). All amounts are in Singapore dollars.Prices are before GST(Goods & Services Tax)
